Mobile Callback

Mobile Callback android plugin allows cellular phone users to make outgoing calls without incurring charges from their cellular phone service provider. In order to use the feature, a mobile phone caller dials the number of the intended call recipient using MOBITOKK software. Then MOBITOKK contacts the caller’s cellular phone and connects the caller with the recipient through its VoIP network. As a result, all outgoing calls are received as incoming, which typically avoids any charges on most cellular phone plans. MOBITOKK offers pay-as-you-go for its wireless VOIP product with prices that vary depending on expected use.

What is Web Callback?

When user A wishes to have a phone conversation with user B, he/she does not make an outgoing call to B (as he would do with normal telephony service). He/She initiates a callback call, then the system establishes a call to A, so instead of originating the call A actually answers it (in most telephony networks a subscriber does not pay for incoming calls, so this call is free for A). The mobitokk system establishes a call to B and then bridges the two calls together, so A and B can hear each other.

How does Web Callback work?

When a user wants to initiate a callback call, he just goes to our website and register himself, create an account. Then, the user Sign-In and selects one of the product “Web Call via Web browser” or “e-Connect product” between the two users using wireline or wireless phones. Click the Submit button to initiate a call. This request is delivered to the callback trigger running on the web server, and the callback call is initiated.
